457/482 visa-holder workers affected by stand-downs, including reduced hours & unpaid leave, due to COVID can still qualify per PR as though they were spending that time in full-time employment.
Visa holders who were on reduced work hours due to COVID anytime since 1st of February remain eligible for transitional PR after 3 years with their employer. There is no need to add the time in a stand down position onto your eligibility period.
