We are aware that Pearson PTE have announced they are reducing the score requirements in aligning to IELTS. They have said that a PTE 46 is now equivalent to an IELTS score of 6.0. Whilst this sounds exciting for those preparing for their English test, Department of Home Affairs have not adjusted the score requirements for the visa programs and as such the same score requirements are still in place.
