The Tasmanian Government has released an update on its Subclass 491 – Skilled Work Regional (Provisional) Visa 2021–22 Program.

The Tasmanian Skilled Migration State Nomination Program has already filled its quota to the end of June 2022, resulting in the program’s new applications being temporarily restricted to invited candidates only.

If your application has been lodged before 5:00 pm (AEST) 15 April 2022, it will be processed as normal until all nomination places are used.

The remaining successful applications will be nominated against places assigned to Tasmania in the 2022-23 program year.

Applications not processed before 30 June 2022 will be processed in the next program year.
